Job summary

Bonanno Food Courts LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage daily restaurant activities at the Luxor Las Vegas location. You will oversee staff, ensure service, and drive efficient inventory and cost controls while maintaining high food safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in fast-paced dining, strong communication and financial skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee staff to ensure proper coverage and performance.
• Ensure inventory control, supplies, and proper use of equipment.
• Deliver superior product quality and customer service.
• Interact with guests to ensure a great dining experience.
• Lead and direct team members effectively.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and partners.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
• Take corrective action on operational issues or violations.
• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week supporting team needs.
• Assist with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Report to General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
