Job summary

Popeyes in Homestead, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver guest-focused service. You will supervise a team of hourly staff and work closely with the Restaurant General Manager.

You will coach Shifts Coordinators and Team Members, manage inventory, uphold brand standards, and ensure fast, friendly service within safety guidelines. Previous QSR management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant profitability through cost controls and inventory management.
• Motivate and direct team to deliver accurate, fast and friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coach and develop Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct operations for accurate prep and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
