The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort, seeks a Shift Coordinator to lead front-of-house staff and assist in restaurant management. Full-time role with perks including free Hersheypark admission and employee discounts.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Post-Employment - RAMP and ServSafe Manager Certifications

Responsabilidades

• Act as a floor supervisor for host(esses), waitstaff, server assistants, and bar area employees during shift.
• Provide feedback and guidance to employees and modify work assignments as needed to meet shifting business needs during shifts.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards for front-of-house restaurant staff.
• Maintain guest service and hospitality standards through interaction with guests and monitoring employees on the floor.
• Perform table touches regularly throughout the shift to collect feedback from guests.
• Assist manager in weekly administrative work such as scheduling and timekeeping; observe and learn cross-training.
