Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking a Full-Time team member to assist in supervising and administering food and beverage activities across outlets. You will monitor service standards, coordinate training, and help control costs while supporting guest satisfaction in a welcoming Hershey environment.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in related roles, at least 1 year in supervision, and a high school diploma or GED. ServSafe certs are preferred and may be required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior food and beverage supervisory experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED completed; ServSafe certifications preferred; must obtain certifications as a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in administration of food & beverage activities at outlets assigned.
• Monitor guest service and hospitality standards; ensure proper service techniques.
• Coordinate F&B training, coach staff, and cross-train outlets as needed.
• Control wage and supply costs; maintain proper cash procedures daily.
• Complete inventories and maintain product par levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in work areas.
• Report maintenance needs and coordinate with other departments.
• Understand all F&B items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
