Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Good reading, counting, writing, and following recipes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and enforces company policies and standards.
• Supports in understanding P&L and achieving financial goals with the GM.
• Works with the management team to maximize sales and maintain standards.
• Manages inventories and completes related reporting.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and training of staff.
