• Strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long hours and be on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to read, count, write and follow recipes accurately.
• Stand/sit and drive a vehicle for long periods of time; and
• Good hearing, visual, English speaking, memory, writing, reading, math and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and enforces all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Understands P & L and works with the Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals.
• Works with the management team to achieve maximum sales and profits while maintaining excellence in operational standards and procedures.
• Maintains proper inventories, ensuring compliance with established pars and related accounting reports.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff and overseeing training and development.
• Collaborates with Marketing for advertising and promotions, ensuring proper food presentation.
• Maintains strict safety and sanitation standards.
• Supports scheduling and guest relations to maintain goodwill and satisfaction.
• Maintains professional appearance and uniform standards.
