Big Boy Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Chase Plaza location in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role requires supervising staff, enforcing standards, and delivering excellent service and top-quality food in a clean environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sufficient strength to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read, count, write and follow recipes accurately.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and enforces company policies and sanitation standards.
• Works with GM to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability.
• Collaborates with management to maximize sales and uphold service and food quality.
• Maintains inventories, conducts reports, and handles par levels.
• Involved in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff; coaches employees.
• Supports advertising and promotions coordinated by Marketing to ensure proper food presentation.
