Big Boy Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive General Manager for our Fairborn, OH location. This role leads restaurant operations, enforces standards, and drives guest satisfaction with top-quality food and service.

The Executive General Manager will build and coach a management team, manage P&L, and coordinate with marketing on promotions while ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, count, write and follow recipes accurately.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are expected.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall restaurant operations and enforces company standards and policies.
• Ensures compliance with wages, hours and sanitation laws.
• Manages P&L and communicates financial goals to the management team.
• Recruits, develops and coaches the restaurant management team.
• Leads advertising and promotions coordination with Marketing.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Ensures proper training and scheduling of staff and professional appearance.
