Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant operations with 3 years in churrasco cuisine preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Proficient in food planning, sanitation, personnel management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
• Attract, develop, and retain all restaurant staff.
• Use GuestBridge/OpenTable to manage reservations and wait times.
• Ensure all employees hold current food handler certifications.
• Promote a Culture of Recognition and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting and target setting.
• Support EcoSure program management and action plans.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures for guests and staff.
