Qualifications

• 5 years restaurant operations experience; churrasco knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficiency with food safety, sanitation, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
• Attract, develop, and retain all restaurant staff.
• Utilize GuestBridge/OpenTable to manage reservations and wait times.
• Ensure employees hold unexpired food handler certs.
• Promote a Culture of Recognition and OZ principle.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting and targets.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
