Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fast food operations and production procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and adhere to guidelines for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting and scheduling, cost control, inventory, and P&L basics.
• Personnel administration and team leadership basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management responsibilities to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness and a positive, cooperative atmosphere among staff and customers.
• Understand and ensure adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality guidelines.
• Learn and apply basic cash handling, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and P&L concepts.
• Tolerate standing/walking, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
