The successful candidate will understand fast food processes, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and P&L concepts while helping maintain a positive team environment and high standards of operation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fast food operations and production procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and enforce QSC guidelines (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Hospitality).
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control and inventory management.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements and basic personnel administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management responsibilities to ensure efficiency and quality of all operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness and create a positive atmosphere for employees and customers.
• Oversee operation of equipment and adherence to guidelines in the restaurant.
• Support deployment procedures, scheduling and basic cost control.
