Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality skills by conducting 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist marketing efforts to attract new guests.
• Build professional relationships with the community.
• Manage staffing needs and training.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and HACCP standards.
• Manage cash, deposits and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendor relations.
