• Supervise 15–20 crew members and ensure proper execution of restaurant operations on assigned shifts.
• Provide guests with a great dining experience and uphold service and quality standards.
• Support the General Manager to achieve overall restaurant success.
• Lead shifts, monitor brand standards, and direct hourly staff to meet guest service goals.
• Contribute to controllable profit goals by monitoring controls and taking corrective actions.
• Develop hourly staff through training, coaching, and development plans.
