Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or ability to show leadership.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and other staff.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members.
• Foster a positive work environment and coach team members.
• Implement training programs to enhance team member performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Create a guest-focused culture and address guest feedback.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Engage with the local community and build brand relationships.
• Communicate priorities and results to restaurant team members.
