Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, local marketing, and performance management to deliver consistent, high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state where the restaurant operates.
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards.
• Recruit customer-focused team members, train staff, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
• Manage sales and profit goals through customer service, local marketing, and ops execution while controlling costs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, safety, security, and preventative maintenance; ensure cleanliness and proper asset management.
