Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Minnesota is seeking Directors to assist the Operator with shift management and guest experience, supervising stations, and opening/closing the restaurant. Directors ensure recipes and weights are accurate, maintain speed of service, and uphold cleanliness across dining areas and back-of-house ops.

They enforce cash handling procedures, address guest issues, and model respectful leadership while working closely with management.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Ability to follow and give direction and to learn technology-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned stations for entire shift and assist Operator with shift management.
• Ensure recipes and tickets are read and weights are accurate for all items.
• Maintain pace to uphold speed of service and ensure cleanliness of workstations and dining areas.
• Enforce cash handling procedures and security policies.
• Address guest issues and communicate policy violations to management.
