Chick-fil-A Shakopee is seeking a kitchen director to lead a positive, people-focused team and oversee day-to-day operations to deliver remarkable guest experiences. You will coach and develop team members, ensure food safety, and drive operational excellence in a culture that feels like family.

This full-time role offers morning and day shifts, Sundays closed, and pay at $22 per hour. Benefits include PTO, uniforms, a phone stipend, leadership training, and scholarship opportunities as you grow

What hours can I work?

• Full-time schedules available
• Morning and day shifts available
• Closed EVERY Sunday

What rate of pay is available?

• Full-time (30.5+ hours/week): $22/hour
