Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Restaurant Director to serve as a top leader and brand guardian for the local Owner/Operator. You will drive performance across labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and safety while upholding Chick-fil-A values.

This role demands high emotional control, proactive growth, and the ability to develop others. Candidates should have prior Chick-fil-A director experience and a track record of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience at Chick-fil-A: 6+ months, or 3 months with Chick-fil-A and 6+ months in a related industry.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Availability to work 5 shifts a week, ~40 hours, with open/close requirements (2 days both open and close or 3 days open or close).
• Completed Chick-fil-A Supervisor course; at least 3 months at supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant to achieve daily metrics: Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Food Safety.
• Oversee service production for guests and ensure consistently positive guest experiences.
• Develop leadership within the team and support ongoing personal and professional growth.

Overview

Restaurant Directors are high-level representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for the local Owner/Operator. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Directors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. They are constantly seeking personal and professional growth and oversee leadership development throughout the restaurant.

Minimum Requirements

• Worked for Chick-fil-A at least 6 months or have at least 3 months with Chick-fil-A and 6+ months of prior relevant industry experience.
• Must be 18+ years old
• Be available to work 5 shifts a week, a minimum of 40 hours with the availability to open AND close at least 2 days per week or the availability to open OR close at least 3 days per week
• Has completed the Chick-fil-A Supervisor course and worked at that level for at least 3 months
