Job summary

Whataburger-Vibe Restaurants in Weatherford, OK seeks an Operating Partner to direct and develop a strong team, deliver operational excellence, and uphold the 'Family Member' experience from recruitment to promotions.

You will report to the Area Coach, set action plans based on performance and financial goals, ensure safety and cleanliness, and inspire a customer-focused environment while coaching Leaders and Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant leadership position preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to reinforce team behaviors and company values.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Family Members and Managers.
• Recruit, interview, and hire to maintain staffing levels for high performance.
• Develop budgets, expense plans, and sales goals with oversight of P&L.
