P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for our salaried full-time Restaurant Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Assistant Operating Partner.

Lead, mentor, and coach your team to deliver outstanding guest service while driving financial performance and maintaining a warm, family-style work culture.

This role offers a pay range of $78,000 to $98,000 per year, strong benefits, and opportunities to advance through our internal training and promotion-from-within philosophy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant management experience.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction.
• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials.
• Adapt quickly to a variety of work environments, and work effectively with different types of people.
