Super Taco is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Managing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, full-service setting in Elk Grove, CA. You will lead staff, ensure top-notch guest service, and uphold food quality and cleanliness while advancing into higher-level management roles within our growing brand.

This full-time role emphasizes hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to scheduling, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or hospitality leadership role.
• Food handler’s certification required.
• Professional appearance with proper uniform and non-slip shoes.
• Leadership mindset with strong motivation and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS, invoicing, scheduling).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand up to 70% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Promote teamwork and communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Conduct and document regular team meetings.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR paperwork.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Support catering events and community engagement activities.
