Job summary

Super Taco is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations and support both kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage labor budgets, and lead training and scheduling. This full-time role offers leadership growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-motivation skills.
• Current food handler’s card and RBS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs; available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant activities in the absence of management.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Assist payroll, paperwork, and record-keeping; process HR paperwork.
