Super Taco is seeking a Restaurant Managing Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. You will lead staff, ensure top guest service, and uphold food quality and cleanliness while developing leadership skills for future growth.

This full-time role requires prior supervisory experience, a food handler’s certificate, strong communication, and multitasking in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or hospitality team leadership role.
• Food handler’s certification required.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, invoicing, scheduling)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 70% of shift; administrative work up to 30%.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Promote teamwork and communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Conduct and document regular team meetings.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and completing HR paperwork.
• Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Support catering events and participate in community engagement activities.
• Assist with staff scheduling and basic computer-based administrative tasks.
