The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in leadership roles within a full-service concept and will manage various aspects of the restaurant's operations. Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Managing Partners must enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies.
• Direct work of management team and assign responsibilities.
• Manage performance evaluations and coaching of managers.
• Review applications and conduct hiring.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the restaurant.
