Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture throughout shifts.

You will direct crewmembers, manage cash handling, ensure cleanliness and safety, and deliver exemplary customer service while maintaining cost controls. We offer weekly pay, a competitive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities to grow with a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards and leads shift execution.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and delivers customer service.
• Utilizes rewards programs and approves manager functions as needed.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and safety, and handles additional duties.
