Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold brand standards, and manage shift execution. The role involves supervising crewmembers, cash handling, and maintaining a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position offers hourly pay between $18 and $18.75 with a $1 late-night incentive and a monthly bonus of about $375, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• Must be 18+ and have at least 1 year of restaurant/retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as manager on duty.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce policies, safety standards and brand culture.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Lead shift meetings and document results with required logs.
