Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture during shifts. The role requires managing a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and ensuring a clean, well-run facility.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management with operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage cash handling.
