You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure food safety and quality while learning to manage financial metrics. Reporting to the District Manager, you will participate in onboarding and performance coaching to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage cash, inventory, and scheduling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with Brand standards.
• Track metrics, cash handling, inventory, and labor costs.
• Communicate with district manager and implement campaigns.
