Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Florida to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. During a designated training period, the Trainee may manage day-to-day operations of a Circle K restaurant for up to 90 days, under supervision of the District Manager.

This role emphasizes guest service, team development, cash and inventory control, and strict adherence to Brand standards. Open availability and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administration.
• Valid state Driver’s License required; Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Manage cash, sales, inventory, and daily/weekly records.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Communicate with the district manager and execute campaigns.
