Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Waycross, GA to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. During the training period, you will manage day-to-day restaurant operations under supervision, with potential full responsibility for business and metrics for up to 90 days.

You will hire and train staff, ensure food safety and guest service, supervise cash handling and inventory, and uphold brand standards. The position offers benefits and a clear growth path within Circle K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Delegates tasks and shift duties and follows up for completion.
• Ensures production management system is followed and build to’s are established.
• Directs team and ensures compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervises and coaches team members on food prep and production standards.
• Ensures training on Brand and Company standards is ongoing.
