Circle K in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for the Restaurant Manager role. This position guides day-to-day operations, guest service excellence, and people leadership under supervision, with a maximum 90-day training period.

You will build skills in operations, finance, and compliance, recruit and onboard staff, uphold safety and brand standards, and partner with the District Manager to ensure profitable performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.
• Leads by example; maintains urgency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates shift duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served per standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records; reports to district manager.
• Owns daily, weekly, and period paperwork and scheduling.
• Ensures a safe environment and reports issues to maintenance.
