Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Restaurant Manager to direct dining services, seat residents, and supervise wait staff. The role requires coordinating staff, ensuring beverage service quality, enforcing dress code, and supporting event planning for a seamless restaurant experience.

You will work Wednesday-Sunday 11:00AM-7:00PM or as community needs dictate, with a salary range of $62,000–$65,000 DOE. MBK emphasizes hospitality, teamwork and high-quality service across its communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling food and practicing proper sanitation methods.
• Experience managing team members in a restaurant and/or dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant staff and seating to ensure quality service.
• Recruits, interviews, hires and trains hosts and servers.
• Plans, coordinates and implements special events.
• Manages monthly operating budget and participates in annual budget development.
• Collaborates with Executive Chef on menu development and timing of service.
