Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide high-quality dining service for residents, ensuring a pleasant experience and attentive care. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in orders, and adherence to dietary requirements in a friendly, professional environment.

You'll work full-time, typically 11pm-7pm, with availability for other shifts and weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth within MBK’s team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Must complete required Background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar/ heating cart, trays, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving appetizing meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left and clearing dishes between courses.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner, assisting with meal and menu selections.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and follow food safety protocols.
