Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

• Monitor and supervise daily dining room/restaurant operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.
• Work with other department managers and enforce policies on appearance, attendance, and job duties.
• Hold regular department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention; be on the floor during meal service.
