MBK Senior Living is seeking a Restaurant Manager to direct dining operations, seat residents, and supervise wait staff in a high-standard hospitality setting. You will partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, oversee staff performance, and ensure safe, timely service to residents and guests.

The role emphasizes people leadership, training, and event planning to deliver exceptional dining experiences across community dining facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling food and practicing proper sanitation methods.
• Experience managing team members in a restaurant and/or dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs the restaurant service, assigns wait staff to sections, seats residents, and provides beverage service.
• Directs hosts and servers, oversees daily operation, and ensures cleanliness and safety of service areas.
• Manages budgeting activities and participates in annual budgeting processes.
• Collaborates with Executive Chef on menu development and plate presentation; mentors team members.
