Qualifications

• 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership.
• Senior living experience preferred.
• ServSafe and Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage budgets and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain inventory control and monthly inventory of dining equipment.
• Manage department budget (food, supplies, labor) and purchasing.
• Establish menus with recipes in collaboration with the Chef.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance across dining ops.
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries.
