Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dining services server to provide high-quality dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while following dietary guidelines and safety protocols.

The role requires excellent English communication, 18+ years old, and the ability to work varied shifts. Training and background checks are provided to support your growth and career in our hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or highly preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain background clearances and health screenings.
• Must meet state food safety requirements, including a Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Maintain tables and dining areas, clearing between courses and resetting for next service.
• Engage with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans as directed.
• Track meal attendance and communicate safety checks for absences.
• Greet and seat residents, ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Assist with deliveries, deliveries setup, and stock maintenance in dining areas.
• Promptly report safety or equipment issues to Supervisor.
