Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or quick-service environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and a high-quality dining experience.
