Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen in Bertha, Florida, is seeking friendly and energetic Front of House (FOH) Team Members to provide an exceptional guest experience.

As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for warm hospitality, accurate order taking, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Front of House (FOH) Team Member

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Taíno’s. FOH team members are the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing warm hospitality, accurate order taking, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Puerto Rican culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments responsibly.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and front counter.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests.
• Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and elevate when necessary.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
