Taíno’s is seeking Front of House (FOH) Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Puerto Rican culture-inspired restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere reflected in high service standards.

Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean dining area, answering questions, and supporting teammates during busy times. Flexible schedules are available, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
