FOH team members are the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing warm hospitality, accurate order taking, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Puerto Rican culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments responsibly.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and front counter.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests.
• Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and elevate when necessary.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements
