Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking an Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to lead shifts, guide the restaurant team, and ensure exceptional Guest experiences. You will support the management team, energize Teammates, and foster a culture of hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional Guest experiences.
