Maggiano's Restaurant Manager leads the team across shifts, delivering guest-focused service and drives operations from open to close with a balance of hospitality and business discipline. You will coach teammates, manage labor and costs, uphold quality and safety standards, and partner with leadership to execute initiatives while delivering memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts focusing on guest experience, team performance, and operations.
• Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
