Maggiano's Little Italy in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support the management team, and energize teammates to deliver memorable guest experiences in a welcoming, upscale setting.

You'll learn all aspects of the operation and develop the skills to advance into Restaurant Manager roles, receiving hands-on coaching, clear accountability, and opportunities for rapid growth based on talent and drive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to handle physical aspects of the role (lift up to 30 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
• Coach teammates to deliver outstanding service and quality.
• Monitor food preparation and safety standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and with a solutions-first approach.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of teammates.
• Collaborate with managers on scheduling and labor management.
