Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing people.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operating systems.
• Commitment to hospitality and delivering exceptional Guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to move throughout the restaurant and perform physical tasks up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on Guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence.
• Coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house Teammates.
