Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, maintaining food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and training a Restaurant Assistant Manager for coverage in your absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day restaurant operations and staff.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Ensures food safety and quality per brand standards.
• Maintains cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Communicates with the Restaurant District Manager.
• Completes daily, weekly, and period paperwork and scheduling.
• Trains a Restaurant Assistant Manager for leadership in absence of RM.
• Ensures safe environment following laws and safety codes.
