Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions described in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and coaching.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
