Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and responsibilities described below.
• Ability to supervise and train on equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well-kept to company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement fair management practices when hiring, training, counseling and separations.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Provide ongoing performance appraisals and feedback in writing.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and safety procedures.
• Communicate timely information to all employees and hold regular meetings with the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are accurate and timely.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively and priced correctly.
• Posters and signs are properly displayed and accessible.
