The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management, strong communication, and adherence to health and brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and drive a profitable operation while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Own financial metrics and operational performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
